Oh, the shitshow of drunkenness and technical difficulties that was this show. DJ Ashtray and I read fun "poems" about our imaginary responses to sidewalk sexism. Hers were good/literary, mine were, uh, "experimental," or more accurately: booze-fueled, awkward slipshod collections of words. I tried to pretend I know how to pronounce words in the following languages: Spanish, French, and German.

Background noises for our spoken word were provided by the always-lovely Throbbing Gristle (songs from Nothing Short of a Total War). Equipment was broken which led to it being stupidly loud during my last piece. I guess I dedicated a song to Bono? Despite the title of the song, I'm like 80% sure he and I never had sex. WHO KNOWS FOR REAL THOUGH. I sang, "Carry On My Wayward Son." Everything else is basically inaudible wasted babble, it's pretty cool.
