Show #14: Leave your body behind
STEP 1: ROCK and bounce about the place. Choose your surroundings. This can and will work everywhere.
STEP 2: With the lights down low, dig DEEP and breathe. You choose the landscape. Improvisational positions are welcome.
STEP 3: More mental exercises, starting at the top and pushing all the way through to your feet. Toe tapping in funky measures is guaranteed. Ascension will occur.
STEP 4: Return and release yourself to some sugar coated NOISE. Muscles relaxed and pores now open, LET GO. Rock N Roll. Repeat STEP 1.
STEP 5: Leave your body behind...
