Platters that Splatter all over your brain Matter
Hell's Kitchen Radio #527: Heather Atles
April 22, 2024 8:00pm
Monday night I was thrilled to welcome sex, intimacy and relationship coach "Shameless" Heather Atles into Hell's Kitchen. Having researched Heather, and knowing a bit about her background. this already promised to be an entertaining interview.
We spoke about everything from shame resiliency and pleasure mapping, to the importance of mindfulness in intimacy. She touched on common patterns and dynamics with her clients, who range from singles to traditional and non-traditional couples, and polycules.
The topic of mismatched libidos came up, as well as jealousy, and the difference between rules and boundaries. I think my favorite part of the night was talking about erotic intelligence, thank you very much.
What was planned for one hour spread across the entire two hour show, with some apropos music sprinkled in between, so we could come up for air.
I think you're going to enjoy this as much as I enjoyed bringing it to you.
